Heard that if the core has no coolant, it will begin melt down within 24 hrs.

So, I think all the people who really know, know that 1, 2, & 3 cores are in meltdown.

Also heard the energy released in the 9.0 quake was about 1 million times the combo of Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombs.

Also heard what the total amount of U and Pu are in each reactor along with whats in the spent fuel pools - its staggering.

Can't remember the exact numbers, so I'll have to go back and recheck.

I'll post an update when I get the numbers.
