I hope you have a good immune system.
I worked with someone who died exactly from I-131 exposure.
It was not pretty.
They took out about half his neck.
All sorts of precautions and containments were in place in the work environment, but he still got it.
There is no such thing as a safe level of radiation.
No radiation is the only good radiation.
