So, the watches are for 6.5 or higher. Not 6.0.

I may have missed one but looking back just the past 11 days, there were no 6.5's or higher.

Amazing since that includes Honshu aftershocks.

The last quake that was 6.5 or higher was an aftershock on the 12th.

Also, think along the idea of atornado watch.

It doesn't necessarily mean it will happen, just that the chances are higher.
