| Getting strong 320K PV anomalies ejecting from the Rockies into the Plains. http://www.atmos.albany.edu/student/janiga/rtmaps/plan_maps/nam/320K_pv_wind/320K_pv_wind.html Was quiet for the first half of the month, but looks like that is over. Tuesday and Thursday looks bad. That heavy snow pack in the Rockies will support strong height falls. So no Atlantic TC formation for a while - shear will still be heavy. Could see a second TX Hooker around the weekend.     |
