Holding up well over FL

Very strong surface convergence.
I like the strong 500 to 700mb up omega showing a very strong updraft into the overhead anti-cyclone.
Air in the GOM ahead is very unstable. CAPE at 4000 to 4500
Has about 35 knots of shear to keep ascent going.
Not an ordinary system to say the least.
This could go ST in the GOM.
Might as well throw the models out the window.
