I finally got some natural water in my yard. We probably got an inch, maybe less maybe more. My dad hand watered some garden stuff where the rain gauge is, before we knew the rain was coming, so we don't know how much we got. It's actually just under an inch and a half but the airport got just less then half an inch and that is only a few miles away. (although radar estimates indicate we could have received over an inch)
We've been growing cucumbers in addition to all the tropical stuff in my yard. I've probably had about 75 plus of them so far. You have to water them pretty much every day! I made seven pounds of pickles last week and I picked seven more pounds after the rain today that will also be all pickles when they are done in two days.
