There's an ongoing twist, a pumping sort of feature... it's hard to discern as the big area of strong convection is to the right of it and there it will continue to be until conditions improve for development vs messy weather.

Great illustration with this link how everything above one lat goes west and below it goes east.

Not there yet, but a lot to look at..

Lastly, there is a tropical wave that is progged to connect with the area of convection in Caribbean I believe which might be the final ingredient if this is able to come together into something specific.
