I have been digging in the garden for the last few weeks and did notice a ton of worms when I would sink my shovel into the clay and make a hole.
Very unusual, never saw so many worms in the ground; but they haven't come out and died though like in Cinncy.
Robins are having a feast. Already had four hatch from a permanent nest we have under the deck.
Now another robin has come in and laid eggs.
We had a lot of rain in April and early May. Wonder if that may have helped the worm population explosion.
