An COC relocation?

That large cell that fired off the Nic/Hon border and is now moving NE, may have kicked off an outflow boundary and disrupted the whatever surface low there was.

The buoy that was nearly at the COC is showing winds from the south.

I would not be surprised if the COC gets relocated somewhere farther south and maybe a bit east sometime in the morning and more under the anti-cyclone.
