The strong LL vorticity currently north of PR will spin up and move east.

Another spin up north of DR by Friday will, at this point, most likely ride the Gulf Stream out to sea.

At this point, I think the models are underestimating intensification of the later system.

93L did pretty good over the Gulf Stream.

The blocking High over SE CONUS will most likely keep this out to sea in any case.
