This is correlating very well with the antipode of a TEC anomaly in the south Indian Ocean.
NW CONUS & BC needs to be on their toes.
Also, saw a brief flash of D-Region absorption over CONUS and there is a very strong radar anomaly over the NW PAC..
The anomaly over St Louis is downstream and a possible artifact of the real hot area which maybe Cascadia.
