not happy about that SAL image, i thought someone round here was saying just the other day how low the SAL was...
then again it's all seasonal, like turning on a switch on a specific date...
ie if you wanted to win a bet or have the best chances you could say the first depression would form on or about June 24th... June 27th probably a safer bet, climo would be on your side
