MILLS COUNTY, Iowa

Rising floodwaters along the Missouri River are forcing more Iowans from their homes.

Officials have ordered all Iowans from north of Glenwood to south to Fremont County to get to higher ground by four this afternoon.

After that, crews will start shutting off utilities in the evacuation area.

There are emergency shelters open across the area for evacuees.
