| That's good to hear Chucky, I camp at Spirit of the Suwanee every October for the Magnolia Festival. That's a beautiful river and an awesome canoe trip. Where I'm at just north of Charleston SC. the micro-climate is crazy. Everywhere within a 5 mile radius of my house has had 2-3 inches of rain since March. My rain gauge was 1/10 of an inch until Friday. It's now 3/4 of an inch. The precip is so localized around here this year. I have a friend 10 miles away who has not had to water crap yet. The old timers around here say when its dry the hurricanes a comin'. Well the old timers 10 miles down the road thats soakin' wet say when it's wet no hurricane's a c'mon, lol. We shall see ;) |
