The time of year favors NE gulf over to just off the coast of Ga. and Sc.  Been watching pressures the last few days, especially off the SE coast.  Upper winds are iffy but there looks to be a very small area that could be conducive between the ridge and the low to the NE.  Chances slim to none but if everything in the upper levels moves away there would seem to be enough deep layer moisture in place to possibly get something going.  Water is definitely warm enough at 82 just off the coast.  This is prime  time Climatologically  speaking for something to spin up just off the SE coast.
