Re: Budget cuts could limit hurricane research flights

I've toured NOAA's Tampa operations at MacDill and the work they do is extremely important to hurricane research. The things they develop have gone on to get used by the Air Force hurricane hunters. NOAA tests all sorts of things on NOAA's aircraft and anyone that stands in the way of funding those operations threatens future research that will save lives.

I'm going to follow the progress on this issue.
