The NHC server here:
ftp://ftp.tpc.ncep.noaa.gov/atcf/tcweb/
Has 91L having updated on 8/1/2010 12:35:00 AM. They do that accidentally sometimes, somehow. Software thinks that is old since it is 2010 and doesn't recognize it. That is one of those errors in the ATCF system that can be a little extra difficult to deal with. I'm sure the NHC will notice it soon.
