since my area of the Gulf gave me anything to track.
Last storm to affect Mobile: Tropical Storm Ida (November 2009).
Been quiet for a while.
The models look silly. I do see some consistency coming out of them though. This beginning to look less like a TX/LA event, and more like a LA/MS/AL/FL event.
Mobile NWS is holding steady on increasing anything right now.
They have moved up winds for the weekend, for now, to 10-15, with gusts to 25, and increased rain chances, but that's it.
I think we will have a depression tomorrow and TS Lee by Friday. |
