| I lived in Tampa for four years, and I can tell you that you're right. my family still lives there, and for the most part they don't take seriously the threat of a storm heading their way. My sister in particular points to Charley as a reason not to take forecasts seriously--until a hurricane ends up right on top of her, I guess. |
