SEPTEMBER 2011: temperature 79° (1° below avg.); precipitation 7.5" (2" below avg. north, 3" above south); Sep 1-8: Scattered t-storms, slightly cooler than normal; Sep 9-10: Sunny, warm; Sep 11-13: T-storms north, sunny south; warm; Sep 14-18: Sunny north, t-storms south; cool; Sep 19-24: Sunny, warm north; t-storms south; Sep 25-30: Scattered t-storms, warm.

OCTOBER 2011: temperature 73.5 ° (1.5 ° below avg.); precipitation 3" (1" below avg.); Oct 1-3: Hurricane threat; Oct 4-10: Sunny, warm; Oct 11-13: Sunny, cool north; showers south; Oct 14-18: Sunny north, t-storms south; warm; Oct 19-25: Sunny, seasonable; Oct 26-31: Showers, then sunny, chilly.
