I agree with alot of strong coastal storm and above average snowfall,but for inland areas,I think average or below average snowfall for coastal but above average precip for tthe coastal areas.this is all just gut feeling. But i think most of the coastal storms will be mostly rain, or snow to rain,rain to snow for us coasties.Inland areas get hammered this year.
I am hoping for strong Nor'easter with rain, makes it alot easier to get out in the storm then the blizzards we had last year. I love snow, but would prefer wind drivin rain then snow, just because like i said above,much easier to get out into the storm.But will never complain with a blizzard,lol
