This morning we woke to a flood advisory. That "Holy crap, we're all gonna drown" kind of flood advisory....

According to our local Mets...."We have a wet Tuesday on the way as Tropical Depression Beryl heads our way.  Look for rain, some heavy at times, to develop this morning and continue on and off through tonight.  Super Doppler MAX shows a large area of rain headed into the area with possible isolated severe cells embedded. Here's your updated forecast: TODAY: Rain, heavy at times, 83."

According to the NHC 5p.m. update...

RAINFALL...BERYL IS EXPECTED TO PRODUCE TOTAL RAIN ACCUMULATIONS OF
3 TO 6 INCHES...WITH ISOLATED MAXIMUM AMOUNTS OF 8 INCHES...IN
EASTERN SOUTH CAROLINA AND EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA.

Well, it's been partly cloudy, hot and dry all dang day! Where's my rain? I've been sitting around in my wetsuit all day and I'm starting to chaff....I have my rubber ducky beer coozy, my swimy's are inflated and strapped to my arms. Heck, I even have a snorkel handy just in case! Who knows, maybe I broke the mojo when I canceled my morning t-time and decided to wash my car....LOL

Rain already! Before I have to haul out the bucket and hose and water my berry plants!
