Ok my anaylsis after looking over models...

Euro and HWRF are still in concensis with Debbie becomeing a hurricane and hitting the Tx coast.  Those models have not budged one bit int he last 3 days, NHC is going with this concensis as well...

Shear is beginning to really decrease now giving Debbie a chance to strengthen

Solar activity will be low, so there will not be too much factors to deter Debbie from becoming a hurricane, especially if she sits and spins which is becoming the likely scenario we are about to see.
