May? I guarantee it is a Cat 2 ... might be half way to a Cat 3 by now. Look at the radar. Looks like a 8-10km wide eye, closed, surrounded by a thick eyewall. The Funktop is completely green on the CDO.

Someone really dropped the ball on this one.
