Nothing too surprising. The GFS verifying a little better is the most interesting part. Being north of Cuba longer perhaps one of the most important parts.
Always good to emphasize this:
"IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO FOCUS ON THE EXACT TRACK DUE TO THE
UNCERTAINTIES IN THE FORECAST AND THE FACT THAT ISAAC HAS A LARGE
AREA OF TROPICAL-STORM-FORCE WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH IT."
You get to the point where the storm has a much larger wind field than the cone. |
