| Interesting catch; I definitely think you're on to something. Also keep in mind that the slower the storm moves the more chance it has to get its act together. a 20 mph storm is not going to be able to organize much; but as its forward speed dips below 15 mph, that may allow it to pull itself together a bit more quickly than it has thus far. |
