We have been getting trained with feeder bands all afternoon with a very heavy one coming through around 9 this evening. Total rain today almost 7 inches, radar showing over 8 for the storm with us being right in the middle of the heavy swath, and some scare you to death lightning.
20 minutes and we are going to get a direct hit from another band training right over the top of us.
Was in Port Charlotte last night and this morning and made sure we left before it rain hit but looks like we ran to the rain.
Sorry I do not post much in the summer but my volunteer work keeps me away from PC. Have to love Drum Corps and sleeping on floors at schools and no TV or PC's to watch all summer.
