The overall trend of the day has been a mix of nearly NW and NW. If there is a northward bend still to be had, he is going to miss the mouth of the MS River, to its north.
That landfall point is approximately 120 miles west of my spot here in Theodore, AL. TS winds extend out 205, if they don't shrink any. It would at least make for some pretty serious squalls and tornado threats for the Mobile area. |
