I know all eyes are on NOLA, as they should be, but it is starting to thunder here in Palm Beach County and our local Met. has been concerned over the morsel of convection that tore off of Isaac yesterday. He has been saying that the energy left behind will produce more heavy rains here. Something most of us do not need . Typically, we get afternoon showers most every day in the summer but according to what I have heard ,models show this left over energy will exacerbate the potential for training thunderstorms over SoFla this afternoon and evening.
