I am looking at video of Cantore a little earlier today in New Orleans in really high winds and driving rain: "This is what makes it tough to be a bald man. A head of hair would be nice right now."  

Clearly, he thrives on this stuff; Al Roker, on the other hand, didn't look nearly as thrilled.
