Wonderings--Isaac and 10L

When reading about the Fujiwhara effect--stumbled over this tidbit:
In 2012, the National Hurricane Center issued discussion #19 on Hurricane Isaac while it was a tropical storm over eastern Cuba, predicting that the tropical storm and another low pressure system would rotate around each other. It also suggested that Isaac would absorb the low.[6]
The wondering is--could that additional low pressure system---stayed with Isaac, and
be the one that was not "the main Isaac" that eventually dropped down to the Gulf--and is 10L -- that TS wannabe?
Any thoughts on this? |
