It has very little chance of ever getting a name. A front is heading toward it and 90L has only been looking worse and worse. Even the storms that were sheared away are pretty much gone now. It's opportunity is just about over. Might add some rain in parts of Florida between it and the front.

NHC only gives it a 20% chance of becoming a tropical depression or higher within 48 hours, but I bet by 2AM they may even be lower than that.

"AN ELONGATED AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE NORTH-CENTRAL GULF OF
MEXICO CONTINUES TO PRODUCE DISORGANIZED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WELL TO THE SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTER OF CIRCULATION.  ENVIRONMENTAL
CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BECOME SIGNIFICANTLY MORE CONDUCIVE
FOR DEVELOPMENT BEFORE THE LOW IS ABSORBED BY A COLD FRONT IN A DAY
OR TWO.  THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW CHANCE...20 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A
TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES EAST-
NORTHEASTWARD AT 5 TO 10 MPH." - From 8PM EDT ATWO: http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/gtwo_atl.shtml
