"NTV's Fred Hutton reports from St. John's and says the area has been faced with hurricane-force winds."
later in the report the female anchor specifically asks if it's hurricane force, vs tropical storm force, then says "the winds are hurricane force"
is that why the CMC always ramps up storms to hurricanes, because they think tropical storms are hurricanes ???? |
