I don't envy you at all.
I remember driving to "Katrina Country" in '06 as we were heading into Pensacola area I saw a huge area of gray trees no leaves gray grass (not sure of correct name) I thought what happened here then I remembered Ivan the Terrible and Dennis the Menace. I am not sure which left the path but at that point I don't think it mattered it was a nightmare.

I think the word is skinny but what do I know, I heard some neighbors in my area but different streets got hit by tornadoes. I get the feeling it might have been one that liked to do a lot of jumping. One house got real lucky things just missed them, when they were able to go outside a part of a another neighbors tree was leaning on the side of the house a few trees were killed in the yard but the neighbor heard a very distinct roaring. Another house the garage got trashed another house a tree came down dead center in the house. That is nothing compaired to what you went through. |
