Keep in mind that later forecast points do not contain the hurricane wind swath. The graphic you posted is probably based on this:
http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/text/refresh/MIATCMAT3+shtml/272054.shtml

Notice this current forecast point from the 5pm EDT advisory on 10/27:

FORECAST VALID 29/1800Z 37.9N  72.0W...POST-TROP/EXTRATROP
MAX WIND  70 KT...GUSTS  85 KT.
50 KT...180NE 180SE 200SW 180NW.
34 KT...360NE 360SE 330SW 240NW.

The max wind is expected to be 70 knots, however, there is no 64 knot wind field noted.

See the previous forecast point:

FORECAST VALID 29/0600Z 35.4N  71.1W
MAX WIND  65 KT...GUSTS  80 KT.
64 KT...100NE 120SE 120SW 100NW.
50 KT...180NE 180SE 200SW 180NW.
34 KT...360NE 360SE 360SW 330NW.

The NHC does not release the hurricane force wind field for that point and later. For days 4 and 5, the NHC does not release any wind field data. That is the same for every storm.
