I would settle for some rain at my house. The first few days of January we got some rain, but very little since. Even some of the weeds are dying. New watering restrictions were just passed for some Tampa residents, though I am actually a couple blocks outside of city limits so technically I can still water twice a week even though I rarely water at all. If the grass dies, which most has or is, it can just be a new area for mulch.

By the time I viewed some of the tornado damage last night most was cleaned up and it was already dark. I saw a street sign down, lots of limbs that had already been moved to the side and pieces of a plastic chair and a pot that came out of a high rise. That was next to where the couch had landed on signs that go across the road. The couch was removed earlier in the day. I walked along the waterfront but there didn't seem to be any damage that I could see, but it was pretty dark. Most of the damage was to a roof that you can only see by air. There was stuff on the ground very close to where the tornado went that could have very easily been torn apart (some awnings) so the winds were very confined to the small tornado. It also passed right next to some very expensive boats (with names like Filthy Rich, lol) but they did not look damaged. The waterspout at that time might have been a few hundred feet away from them.
