Thanks Chris I saw that on the TWC it seems interesting.  I will try to catch an episode when i am not busy.  In my opinion though, humans should not be messing with nature.  We have tried modifying hurricanes in the past but failed.  Don't they realize that trying to destroy a hurricane will only destroy the balance of nature?  Hurricanes help balance out the heat energy cycle in the tropics, and with climate change bad enough the way it is now, it would only get warmer out there if they succeed in the future by destroying hurricanes.
