It's looking more like a rain event, rather than a storm. Hopefully it will be more my way than S. Florida's way. We could use some rain. Which was very true yesterday, although less true today. Our rainy season kind of starts June 1st. However, for the past two years nature has been sticking to the calendar. Last year 2.15 inches on this date. In June 2012 we then got 18.66 in. May 2012 had 2.60 inches. This May we had 1.85 inches. Well, the airport did. They got more than me as they usually do even though I am probably about 1 to 2 miles away from their rain gauge. For today, around 3.5 inches and it is forecast to be a rainy week.

Unrelated, I see on Facebook that a local station posted that they will now have recon available on their site. They have been working on that for awhile and I see it is now public. It is the first, and only site other than mine, to ever run my recon system. (So if my site ever fails this year, go there.) My old system, the current one on my site, will be replaced late this year and will hopefully run a lot better, have a lot more features and be so much easier to integrate into other sites.
