Last night's discussion on Chantel had the following statement: "HOWEVER...AIR SPACE
RESTRICTIONS PREVENTED THE PLANE FROM SAMPLING THE AREA FARTHER
SOUTH.."
In the past years, Hurricane Hunters have flown that area south of Puerto Rico, so what has changed? What restrictions, placed by whom?
Just curious....
