It went from a bad looking tropical storm to a good looking wave at times (despite shear). It's looking less like a wave again now though in my opinion. More like a storm interacting with a land area. (though I'm not saying it has a low level circulation, it just has the broad look from a satellite)

I'm not sure what is happening at the moment, south and north of Hispaniola. I wish the blob to the south was on radar.

Every time I look at it I seem to have a different opinion though. Unfortunately it is right over Haiti. With the way it had been moving previously I was hoping it would pass on by quickly. At least a lot of the most intense convection is elsewhere at the moment.

It might have a few spin ups at the moment in a broader circulation, hard to tell.
