Oh the comments on that page, lol.

And that infamous website in the comments, which argues that a particular weather pattern may have been changed as a result of the shutdown at the same time it argues that other facilities are still active and causing readings from HAARP, which they supposedly monitor in real time at various locations around the world. It then goes on to mention a lack of hurricanes hitting the US this season. Wow, shocking, lol. (since the first hurricane on average in the Atlantic forms in August. I have not checked the calendar lately, did it become August already?)

It is always funny to me how some people will believe that a facility, or even a network of facilities, can create or modify large scale weather patterns, or the climate as whole, yet some of those same people can't believe that globally humans are having at least some kind of impact on the Earth's climate due to greenhouse gasses.
