love the rainfall link, available in PDF format on NHC's website:

The National Hurricane Center/Tropical Analysis Forecast Branch will discontinue the text satellite tropical disturbance rainfall estimates effective Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 1200 UTC (8 a.m. EDT).  The National Centers for Environmental Prediction will be transitioning to the WCOSS super computer on that day.  The enhanced experimental satellite rainfall program will be developed further so it can be migrated to WCOSS for operational implementation.  Users are directed to the enhanced Experimental Satellite Rainfall Product on the National Hurricane Center website at http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/experimental/rainfall/

The Product Description Document for the Experimental Satellite Tropical Disturbance Rainfall product is on the National Hurricane Center website at http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/experimental/rainfall/about.php

Additional detailed information is contained in the Service Change Notice (SCN) at  http://www.nws.noaa.gov/om/notification/scn13-46tafb_satellite_rainfall.htm  Contact:  NHC Public Affairs, nhc.public.affairs@noaa.gov
