Besides looking at the shear out there, it may be a little more longer of a wiat for something exciting to occur.



The shear is decreasing where the small cluster of tstorms are at 35W

the cluster of Tstorms that will be coming of fof Africa soon will be what we will be talking about next week I believe.

I really do believe that we will be chatting about stuff by the beginning of Sept.  

Dry air is beginning to let up and I'm mpre concerned with this cluster at 55W

Looking at steering winds, where this cluster is at, will send it right into the Carribbean and possibly into the Gulf, after that it gets complicated as the steering layer level winds could change.  Right now if this cluster develops into a TC, the steering layer winds would take it into Mexico.
