Here's the two frames of the HWRF that stand out:

Note first that the 78 knot forecast is equivalent to a 90mph hurricane hitting part of Haiti this Wednesday. (Flooding)

Then Gabrielle reforms a large eye after crossing Cuba on Friday. That's pretty close to Miami and Key West.

Then how large would the storm surge be if you needed to drive out of Key West on Saturday?

Perhaps this newly upgraded HWRF model should raise some eyebrows.... Hello?
