Gabrielle's remnants are now being tracked as 92L

Just in case anyone wonders what that one is. I'm not exactly sure why they do that, since for a previous occurrence earlier this year they did that and the name was the same. Perhaps because they don't want the name around for a long time while it is an invest again. (that doesn't necessarily mean it would be the same name this time, although as recent as the 8am ATWO they called it Gabrielle's remnants)

Meanwhile, off Africa, 91L is getting better organized. 70% chance in 48 hours, 90% in five days. One negative for it becoming a hurricane in the window it has, it is rather large.
