GFDL is hinting that Humberto may not even reach hurricane strength and then poof, disappears, as how it's been all season long. HRWF says mid Cat 1 by 11 Sept, top winds reaching up to 76 knots and by 13 Sept downgraded to TS and then going poof.   I'm beginning to wonder of the peak season has shifted to later in the year as it seems we saw more canes form in Oct and Nov than the previous months.  It has been rather odd and I wonder if the shifting of the north pole has anything to do with where these canes are heading.
