I'm not sure what part of that might be from TD Ten, but it doesn't look like even that area would get that much. Mexico on the other hand, could get a whole lot of rain if this moves as slow as forecast. I guess the disturbance in the East Pacific, which could also develop, will also help add to the rain totals even if it doesn't develop.
