I remember hearing about it on the news, but much like when I was in Va when Irene was kncoking on our door, the local mets there exaggerated everything as well and Irene was nothing more than a mere Strong TS when she it just off the coast of Va Bch. I'm sure Aqua will tell you that as well about the hype. The hype was all the flooding that came from the ocean at high tide. I cannot understand why mets would hype up things just to get ratings or say which channel forecaster was right, it's saddening that Tv has now come down to this. I miss the old days :( |
