They are still operating as needed. In fact this morning they are actually flying a mission off schedule. They don't seem to ever fly into invests at night to determine if they have an LLC because they don't fly that low at night, only in the daytime. If the mission's primary focus is to try to find an LLC they need to be low, so it is not worth sending out a plane at night higher up if it will not be able to determine if it has an LLC. A mission was scheduled to take off last night at 11pm EDT if the area had developed. It had not so that mission did not take place to look for an LLC at night. The next recon was supposed to takeoff at noon EDT. Instead they took off around 5:30am EDT, probably so they could start investigating low after daylight.
That doesn't happen often. |
