I have been reading half the night and all day about this storm, so I do not remember the source.. My fiances mother lives just south of Cebu City. The name of the city is Talisay. A very poor part of Cebu. The report I read said that virtually ever roof had been blown off the houses there. Talisay City is not a small city.
